      采用空气提升式A2/O装置处理农村生活污水,优化硝化液回流比和曝气池DO浓度,实现节能降耗与污染物净化。

  • 摘要:考虑到农村地区的经济条件,以空气提升器代替传统的回流泵,采用空气提升式A2/O一体化装置对农村生活污水进行脱氮除磷分析。在空气提升的高DO回流液条件下,探究了不同硝化液回流比曝气池DO浓度对污水净化效果的影响。研究结果表明:控制污泥回流比为70%,HRT为12 h,污泥龄为15 d,综合考虑节能降耗与污染物净化性能,认为硝化液回流比为200%,DO为2.0 mg/L为最优工况条件。

    Abstract: Considering the economic conditions in rural areas,the air hoist was used to replace the traditional reflux pump,and the air lifting A2/O integrated device was used to analyze the nitrogen and phosphorus removal of rural domestic sewage. Under the condition of high DO reflux liquid promoted by air, the effects of different reflux ratio of nitrifying liquid and DO concentration in aeration tank on sewage purification effect were investigated. The results showed that controlling sludge reflux ratio was 70%,HRT was 12 h,sludge age was 15 d. With aims of energy saving, consumption reduction and pollutant purification performance considered comprehensively, it was found out that the optimized condition was the reflux ratio of nitrifying liquid of 200% and DO of 2.0 mg/L.

    • 1)、在本研究条件下,填料 A 2 / O 工艺对污水中COD 去除在整个过程中基本维持稳定,污水中绝大多数有机物在厌氧区被降解去除,控制硝化液回流比与曝气池 DO 浓度,反应器可维持良好的 COD 去除效果。
    • 2)、生物脱氮效果受硝化液回流比影响较大,而TP 去除效果受 DO 浓度变化影响较为显著,综合反应器 去 污 性 能 与 节 能 降 耗, 认 为 硝 化 液 流 比 为200%,ρ(DO)为 2. 0 mg/ L 为最佳工况条件。
